A suave and dangerous arms dealer who uses Quark's holosuites to demonstrate weapons to his clients.
Hagath is an interstellar arms dealer and an associate of Quark's cousin Gaila in Business as Usual. He hires Quark to show weapons to buyers in the holosuites and arranges for Quark's commission to pay off his debts.
Because Hagath once sold arms to the Bajoran resistance, the Bajoran government blocks Odo from arresting Quark. When Hagath agrees to supply the Regent of Palamar with weapons meant to kill millions, Quark turns the regent and his rival on each other, and they chase Hagath and Gaila off the station. Hagath was played by Steven Berkoff.
