A holographic 1960s mobster who takes over Vic Fontaine's casino lounge until the station crew pulls off a heist to remove him.
Frankie Eyes is a character in Vic Fontaine's 1960s Las Vegas holoprogram and Vic's longtime rival, introduced in Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang. He suddenly appears, announces that he has bought the hotel and turns the lounge into a noisy cabaret, and he cannot be deleted without resetting the program and erasing Vic's memories.
Because Frankie works for the crime boss Carl Zeemo, the crew robs the casino's count room so that Zeemo will hold Frankie responsible. Zeemo's men lead Frankie away and the lounge is restored. He was played by Robert Miano.
