Romulan criminal who came to Deep Space Nine to settle an old score with Quark and took hostages aboard a runabout.
Fallit Kot is an old business associate of Quark who arrives on Deep Space Nine in Melora claiming he has come to settle certain debts. He assures Odo he means no harm, but he soon attacks Quark in his quarters and accepts a large payment of latinum in exchange for the Ferengi's life.
Kot then shoots Quark's buyer, steals the relics Quark was selling and forces Quark, Dax and Ensign Melora Pazlar aboard the runabout Orinoco. Melora, apparently stunned, crawls to the gravity controls and shuts them off, then overpowers Kot in the weightless cabin.
