Widow of a Klaestron war hero whose secret affair with Curzon Dax provided the alibi that saved Jadzia from extradition.
Enina Tandro is the widow of General Ardelon Tandro, a revered hero of Klaestron IV, and the mother of Ilon Tandro. Curzon Dax was suspected of having betrayed Ardelon to the rebels who killed him, and Ilon arrives at Deep Space Nine seeking Jadzia Dax's extradition for the crime.
In Dax, Jadzia refuses to defend herself, but Odo discovers that Curzon and Enina were lovers. Enina testifies that Curzon was in her bed at the time of the murder, ending the case. Privately she tells Jadzia that Ardelon had betrayed his own people and that no one must ever learn the truth. She was played by Fionnula Flanagan.
