The ruthless Xindi-Reptilian commander who allied with the Sphere Builders and launched the Xindi weapon toward Earth.
Dolim was a Xindi-Reptilian military commander who represented his species on the Xindi Council. Fiercely hostile to humanity, he was among the strongest supporters of the plan to destroy Earth and a willing ally of the Sphere Builders, the beings who had manipulated the Xindi into believing humans were their future destroyers.
As Jonathan Archer began persuading members of the council that the Xindi had been deceived, Dolim refused to accept the evidence. He murdered the weapons designer Degra for siding with the humans, and together with the Xindi-Insectoids he seized the completed weapon. To unlock its systems he abducted Hoshi Sato and forced her to decode its launch commands.
Dolim launched the weapon toward Earth, but Archer and an Enterprise team boarded it, sabotaged it from within and killed Dolim in the fighting, preventing the attack. As the main antagonist of the third season's final episodes, Dolim personified the Reptilians' aggression and the Sphere Builders' influence over the Xindi.
