DaiMon Bractor commanded a Ferengi warship that came across a Starfleet war game in Peak Performance. Riker was commanding the old USS Hathaway against the Enterprise, and Bractor fired on the Enterprise and demanded the Hathaway, assuming it must hold something valuable.
Picard and Riker fooled Bractor. Worf made it appear that the Enterprise was destroying the Hathaway, which had made a short warp jump, and the Ferengi left, believing there was nothing worth taking. Armin Shimerman played him.
