A black-market dealer in Borg parts who tortured Icheb to death and became the target of Seven of Nine's revenge.
Bjayzl was a criminal dealer on Freecloud who traded in Borg components harvested from former drones. Years earlier she had Icheb's implants ripped out while he was still alive, and Seven of Nine was forced to end his suffering, an act that left Seven bent on vengeance. Bjayzl was played by Necar Zadegan.
When Picard's crew learned that she was holding Bruce Maddox captive to sell to the Romulans, they staged a prisoner exchange using Seven as bait. Picard talked Seven out of revenge during the rescue, but she later returned to Freecloud alone and killed Bjayzl.
