Silent Bajoran farmer who lived on the moon Jeraddo with Mullibok and Keena, unable to speak since the Cardassian occupation.
Baltrim is one of two Bajorans who share Mullibok's farm on the moon Jeraddo in Progress. He and his companion Keena have been unable to speak since the Cardassian occupation, and they stay at Mullibok's side as the Bajoran government moves to evacuate the moon.
When guards arrive to remove the holdouts, Baltrim and Keena are taken into custody and evacuated to Bajor, and Mullibok is shot trying to stop them. Their removal leaves the old farmer alone with Kira for the rest of the episode.
