Amelia Earhart was the famed American aviator whose disappearance over the Pacific in 1937 remained one of Earth's great mysteries. Voyager discovered that she and her navigator Fred Noonan had been abducted by the Briori along with some 300 other humans and brought to the Delta Quadrant. Sharon Lawrence played Earhart.
In The 37's, the crew followed an old distress call to her Lockheed Electra and found her among eight people in cryostasis. After being revived, Earhart learned that the abductees' descendants had overthrown the Briori and built thriving cities. Offered a ride home, she chose instead to stay with the colony and help her people's descendants.
