Ajur and Boratus were two Vorgons from the 27th century who posed as police while trying to obtain the Tox Uthat for themselves.
Ajur and Boratus were Vorgons who came back in time from the 27th century in Captain's Holiday. They approached Picard on Risa, claiming to be security agents searching for the Tox Uthat, a weapon able to stop the fusion reactions in a star, and said history recorded that Picard would find it.
The pair were really criminals who wanted the Uthat for themselves. When it was finally dug up, Picard realised their purpose and destroyed the device rather than let anyone have it, and the Vorgons left empty handed. Karen Landry and Michael Champion played them.
