The people of Mazar, whose government pursued Enterprise to stop Vulcan ambassador V'Lar from revealing the crime syndicate that had infiltrated it.
The Mazarites are the inhabitants of Mazar, a world where a criminal organization had secretly penetrated the government.
In Fallen Hero, the Vulcan ambassador V'Lar was recalled from Mazar after being accused of misconduct, and Enterprise NX-01 carried her to a rendezvous. Mazarite ships pursued them aggressively. Jonathan Archer and T'Pol learned that V'Lar had in fact been gathering evidence of Mazarite corruption and was travelling to testify, so they protected her until she reached safety.
