Vulcan ship crewed by V'tosh ka'tur, Vulcans who rejected strict logic, met by Enterprise near the Arachnid Nebula in 2152.
The Vahklas was a Vulcan ship crewed by V'tosh ka'tur, Vulcans who had rejected strict logic to explore their emotions. Captain Tavin's crew had left Vulcan eight years earlier, and the ship carried advanced translinear sensors.
In Fusion, the Vahklas needed repairs near the Arachnid Nebula, and Enterprise helped. T'Pol was drawn to one of its crew, Tolaris, who introduced her to the mind meld, a technique abandoned on Vulcan centuries before. When he pressed a second meld on her, it left her in Sickbay, and Archer ordered him to keep away from her.
