Captain William Riker's flagship, leading the Starfleet armada sent to defend the synths of Coppelius in 2399.
The USS Zheng He was a Starfleet starship of the late 24th century, named after the Chinese explorer. In 2399 William Riker returned from reserve status with the rank of captain and commanded it at the head of a large Starfleet fleet sent to Coppelius.
In et in Arcadia ego, Part 2, Riker brought the armada to protect the synthetic colony from a Romulan fleet under Commodore Oh. The standoff ended when Soji Asha shut down the beacon meant to summon a synthetic alliance, and Oh withdrew her ships without a battle.
