Kzinti vessel whose crew used an empty Slaver stasis box as bait to capture Spock, Sulu and Uhura in The Slaver Weapon.
The Traitor's Claw was a ship crewed by the Kzinti, an aggressive catlike species. In The Slaver Weapon its crew lay in wait on an ice planet near Beta Lyrae, using an empty stasis box of their own to lure in any ship carrying another.
The shuttlecraft Copernicus took the bait, and Spock, Sulu and Uhura were captured along with the stasis box they were delivering to Starbase 25. Inside the box the Kzinti found an ancient Slaver weapon, but when they tried to use it the device triggered a self-destruct setting that killed them.
