The Reklar was a Cardassian Galor-class warship commanded by Gul Lemec in 2369. Lemec used it to bring his delegation to talks with the Enterprise-D over Cardassian movements near the Federation planet Minos Korva.
In Chain of Command, while Picard was held prisoner and tortured by Gul Madred, Captain Edward Jellico negotiated with Lemec. Jellico had mines planted on Cardassian ships hidden in a nearby nebula, and used them to force Lemec to withdraw the fleet and release Picard.
