Relva VII is a planet with a Starfleet facility where the Enterprise brought Wesley Crusher to take the Starfleet Academy entrance examination in Coming of Age. He competed there against other candidates, including the Benzite Mordock, for a single place at the Academy.
The tests included a psychological examination that forced Wesley to face his deepest fear. While Wesley was on Relva VII, Admiral Gregory Quinn and Lieutenant Commander Dexter Remmick were investigating the Enterprise and its crew in orbit.
