Haven is a planet famed for its tranquillity, where Deanna Troi's arranged wedding was to take place and Tarellian refugees sought shelter.
Haven is a planet renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and said to have restorative powers. In Haven the Enterprise visited the planet so that Deanna Troi could marry Wyatt Miller in an arrangement made by their families years before, with Lwaxana Troi present for the ceremony.
The visit was complicated when a ship carrying Tarellian survivors of a deadly plague approached the planet. Haven's leadership feared infection and asked the Enterprise to stop the ship. In the end the wedding was called off when Wyatt left with the Tarellians.
