An out-of-the-way planet where Miles O'Brien goes undercover to infiltrate the Orion Syndicate.
Farius Prime is a remote planet where the Orion Syndicate operates openly. In Honor Among Thieves, Starfleet Intelligence sends Miles O'Brien there under the cover of a down-on-his-luck repairman, and he works his way into the crew of the local Syndicate operator Liam Bilby.
O'Brien learns that the Syndicate is cooperating with the Dominion in a plot to assassinate the Klingon ambassador on the planet. Bilby, knowing there is no escape from the Syndicate, walks into the trap set for him.
