Desert world where Cardassians held Bajoran war hero Li Nalas and other prisoners in a labor camp after the occupation ended.
Cardassia IV is a desert planet in Cardassian territory. In The Homecoming, an earring delivered by Quark reveals that the legendary resistance fighter Li Nalas is still alive and being held there in a labor camp alongside other Bajorans.
Kira and O'Brien disguise their runabout as a civilian transport and travel to the camp, where O'Brien tricks a guard into lowering the force field so they can free Li and several other prisoners. Cardassia later apologizes and releases the rest of the captives.
