Ron Perlman, an American actor born in 1950, played the Reman Viceroy in Star Trek: Nemesis. The Viceroy serves as Shinzon's guardian and enforcer and uses his telepathic powers to invade Deanna Troi's mind, before Troi turns the link against him during the film's climax.
Perlman is known for roles that often place him under heavy makeup, including Vincent in Beauty and the Beast, for which he won a Golden Globe, and the title role in Hellboy, as well as Clay Morrow in Sons of Anarchy.
