The telepathic Reman who served as Shinzon's mentor and second in command aboard the Scimitar.
The Viceroy was a Reman who had protected and guided Shinzon since his childhood in the dilithium mines of Remus. In Star Trek: Nemesis he stood beside Shinzon after the coup on Romulus and served as his closest adviser aboard the warbird Scimitar.
He used his telepathic powers to invade Deanna Troi's mind, but Troi later turned that link against Shinzon's forces by helping the Enterprise-E locate the cloaked ship. When Riker led a boarding party onto the Scimitar, he fought the Viceroy hand to hand and sent him falling to his death. He was played by Ron Perlman.
