Hana Hatae is an American former child actress best known for playing Molly O'Brien, the daughter of Miles O'Brien and Keiko O'Brien. She took on the role during Star Trek: The Next Generation and continued it on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine after the O'Brien family moved to the station.
Molly appeared periodically throughout Deep Space Nine, most prominently in Time's Orphan, in which she is accidentally sent into the distant past and returns as a feral young woman, with an older actress playing that version of the character.
