American actor who played the Cardassian officer Damar, Dukat's aide who rose to lead Cardassia and then its rebellion against the Dominion.
Casey Biggs is an American actor, born in 1955, with more than eighty film, television and stage credits. Within the Star Trek community he is best known as Damar on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, a role he played from the fourth season to the end of the series.
Damar began as Gul Dukat's loyal subordinate, became the Dominion's puppet leader of Cardassia, and finally turned against his masters to lead a Cardassian resistance in episodes such as Tacking Into the Wind. The arc made him one of the series' most admired supporting characters.
