The Temporal Integrity Commission is a future Federation organization that monitors history and intervenes when time travel threatens the timeline. Its officers pilot timeships such as the Aeon and the Relativity, and they avoid revealing future events to people from earlier eras.
Captain Braxton of the commission first encounters Voyager in Future's End, where his timeship crashes on Earth decades before his own era. In Relativity, Braxton recruits Seven of Nine to locate a temporal bomb on Voyager, which proves to have been planted by a deranged future version of Braxton himself.
