In 2004 Xindi-Reptilians in Detroit tried to create a bioweapon from human blood, until Archer and T'Pol, sent back by Daniels, stopped them.
Three Xindi-Reptilians travelled back to Detroit in 2004 to engineer a pathogen that would wipe out humanity long before Earth could threaten the Xindi. They hired a local man named Loomis to bring them people with particular blood types, whose blood they needed for the weapon.
Daniels sent Archer and T'Pol back in time to stop the plot. The two officers tracked the Reptilians to their base, recovered Loomis's victims and destroyed the bioweapon before it could be released, preventing a catastrophe centuries before the Xindi attack on Earth.
