A desert rebel leader who invites Archer and Tucker to his world in the hope of winning Starfleet's help in his war.
Zobral leads a band of Torothan rebels on a desert world. In Desert Crossing he thanks Archer for help with his ship and invites him and Tucker to his camp, where they are welcomed as honoured guests. His real aim is to enlist the famous starship captain in his struggle against the Torothan government, which calls him a terrorist.
When the camp is bombed, Archer and Tucker are forced to cross the desert on foot in deadly heat. Zobral comes to Enterprise and reluctantly helps find them. He was played by Clancy Brown.
