Gruff processing center employee in a 2024 Sanctuary District who became one of the hostages of the Bell Riots.
Vin is a worker at the processing center of a San Francisco Sanctuary District in Past Tense. He has little sympathy for the residents he processes.
When the residents take over the center, Vin is among the employees held as hostages, and Sisko, posing as Gabriel Bell, works to keep the hostages alive through the standoff in Past Tense, Part II. Their safety matters to history, since Bell was remembered for protecting them. Dick Miller played the role.
