Victoria Nuzé is a journalist who travels with the Cerritos on Project Swing By and publishes an exposé of embarrassing crew stories.
Victoria Nuzé is a journalist assigned to accompany the Cerritos in Trusted Sources, as the ship launches Captain Freeman's Project Swing By, revisiting worlds that Starfleet had contacted and left behind. Freeman tries to control Nuzé's experience to project competence.
After Mariner speaks with Nuzé behind her back, the journalist confronts Freeman with embarrassing details from past missions, and Freeman transfers Mariner to Starbase 80. Nuzé's report later reveals that the embarrassing details came from the rest of the crew, while Mariner had only glowing words for the ship and her mother.
