Cardassian legate who negotiated the peace treaty between Bajor and Cardassia with Vedek Bareil and Kai Winn.
Legate Turrel is the Cardassian official leading his government's side of the peace negotiations with Bajor in Life Support. The talks take place on Deep Space Nine, where Kai Winn depends heavily on Vedek Bareil, who has been gravely injured on the way there.
While Bashir struggles to keep Bareil alive, Turrel continues the talks with the Bajoran delegation, and a treaty between Bajor and Cardassia is finally signed. Andrew Prine played the role.
