Tebok was the commander of the Romulan warbird that confronted the Enterprise in The Neutral Zone. The meeting was the first direct contact between the Federation and the Romulans in about half a century, prompted by the destruction of outposts along the border.
Tebok at first suspected the Federation of the attacks, but he revealed that Romulan outposts had been destroyed too, in the same way. Tebok made it clear that the Romulans were back and would be watching, and he agreed to cooperate if necessary. Marc Alaimo played him.
