Shran's hard-line lieutenant who opposes any peace with the Vulcans over the disputed planet Weytahn.
Tarah is an Andorian officer serving under Commander Shran. In Cease Fire she is openly wary of T'Pol and objects to Shran's willingness to let Archer mediate with the Vulcans, preferring to fight to keep Weytahn for Andoria.
When Archer's shuttlepod is shot down on the way to the talks, Tarah blames the Vulcans, but her hostility to the negotiations brings her into direct conflict with her commander. Shran ultimately has to stop her from wrecking the peace, and a cease-fire is agreed. Tarah was played by Suzie Plakson.
