T'Greth is a Klingon warrior among the generational ship's crew in Prophecy, one of the elders who doubts Kohlar's belief that B'Elanna Torres's unborn child is the Kuvah'magh, given that she will be only a quarter Klingon. He challenges Tom Paris to a duel to the death, which Janeway insists be fought with blunted weapons, and to everyone's surprise he loses.
The defeat is explained by nehret, a disease affecting all the Klingons aboard, which has now infected Torres and her child. T'Greth leads some of the Klingons in an attempt to seize Voyager, but the crew retakes the ship and the Doctor finds a cure.
