An eager Cerritos officer who idolizes Commander Jack Ransom.
Steve Stevens is a human lieutenant commander aboard the USS Cerritos, voiced by series writer Ben Rodgers. He idolizes the ship's first officer, Jack Ransom, and is constantly trying to win his approval, often to little effect.
Stevens also works as an aide to Captain Carol Freeman. Keeping track of her packed schedule of crew events, he quietly arranged for her husband Alonzo to come aboard to celebrate their anniversary.
