A Vulcan medical officer serving under Dr. Pulaski aboard the Enterprise-D.
Dr. Selar was a Vulcan physician on the Enterprise-D medical staff. Her one clear on-screen appearance was in The Schizoid Man, where she accompanied Dr. Pulaski and the away team to Ira Graves's research world and declared Graves dead after his consciousness had moved into Data.
She was referred to in other episodes, but did not appear in them. The role was played by Suzie Plakson, who later played K'Ehleyr.
