Roga Danar was an Angosian war veteran, altered to be a perfect soldier, who escaped from the prison colony where his government kept such men.
Roga Danar was a soldier from Angosia III in The Hunted. During a war his government had altered him and others through drugs and conditioning to make them nearly unstoppable fighters. After the war they were unable to return to ordinary life and were sent to a prison colony on Lunar V.
Danar escaped, and the Enterprise was asked to help catch him. Even aboard the ship he outwitted security for some time. Picard learned the truth about the veterans, and when Danar and his fellow soldiers confronted Prime Minister Nayrok, Picard left the Angosians to resolve their own injustice. Jeff McCarthy played him.
