Former Borg drone who led a community of liberated drones and used Chakotay to restore their neural link.
Riley Frazier was a human who had been assimilated by the Borg and freed, along with many others, when their cube was disabled. Played by Lori Hallier, she led the Cooperative, one of the factions of former drones living on a planet in the Delta Quadrant, and in Unity she cared for Chakotay after he was wounded there.
The Cooperative's members wanted to reestablish the neural link that once joined them, and they temporarily linked Chakotay to their group to heal him. With his help they reactivated a derelict Borg cube's link, forming a new collective of their own.
