Cardassian student dissident who traveled with Natima Lang and was wanted by Cardassian Central Command.
Rekelen is a Cardassian student of Natima Lang and a member of the dissident movement opposing the military government in Profit and Loss. She arrives on Deep Space Nine with Lang and Hogue, and Central Command soon demands their surrender.
Quark offers the students a cloaking device to help them escape, and later persuades Odo to release them after the Bajorans agree to hand them over. Garak shoots Gul Toran rather than kill them, and Rekelen leaves with Hogue and Lang to continue their work.
