A Halem'nite who won the sacred race alongside Sylvia Tilly and was nearly sacrificed in the weather tower.
Ravah is one of the Halem'nites in Whistlespeak. While Michael Burnham and Sylvia Tilly are disguised among the pre-warp people of Halem'no, Tilly enters a race whose winners gain access to the tower that the Halem'nites believe brings rain, and she and Ravah win.
The pair are then locked inside the tower as sacrifices to the Halem'nite gods. Burnham frees them and reveals to the Halem'nites that the tower is advanced technology that requires no sacrifice.
