Ralph Offenhouse was a financier from the late 20th century who had his body frozen in the hope of being revived in the future. In The Neutral Zone he was one of three people the Enterprise found on a cryonics satellite and brought back to life.
Offenhouse was the most demanding of the three, insisting on contacting his lawyers and checking his investments, and complaining about the lack of the comforts he expected. Picard explained that wealth no longer drove humanity, and Offenhouse struggled to accept a world with no use for his fortune. Peter Mark Richman played him.
