Raimus is the regional boss of the Orion Syndicate on Farius Prime in Honor Among Thieves, and the superior of the local operator Liam Bilby. Bilby vouches for Miles O'Brien, undercover as Connolly, before Raimus, taking responsibility for him.
Raimus comes to a meeting accompanied by a Vorta, showing that the Syndicate is working with the Dominion. At the Vorta's direction, Bilby's crew is ordered to kill the Klingon ambassador with Klingon disruptors, a plot meant to weaken the Klingon-Federation alliance.
