Pasalk is a Starfleet vice admiral who appears in Four-and-a-Half Vulcans. He presides over a meeting on Marie Batel's request to return from medical leave to her post in the Starfleet Judicial Department.
Christopher Pike, temporarily turned into a Vulcan, tells Pasalk that her return would be illogical, and Batel loses her temper with both men. To her surprise, Pasalk is impressed by her outburst and offers her the post of head of the Judicial Department following his impending retirement.
