A Bajoran cult member whose half-Cardassian baby exposes Gul Dukat's deceptions on Empok Nor.
Mika is a member of Dukat's Pah-wraith cult on Empok Nor in Covenant, married to fellow believer Benyan. Her pregnancy is eagerly awaited as the first birth among the faithful, but the child is born half-Cardassian.
Dukat calls the baby a miracle, but Kira realizes he is the father. When Mika doubts she can keep the secret from Benyan, Dukat tries to blow her out of an airlock. She survives, and the incident helps Kira expose Dukat to his followers.
