Captain of an alternate Enterprise that had lived through a century in the past, and son of Trip Tucker and T'Pol.
Lorian was the captain of a second, older Enterprise encountered in E2. In his timeline, a subspace corridor had thrown Archer's Enterprise more than a century into the past, and to avoid contaminating Earth's history the crew lived on as a generational ship, waiting to rejoin the fight against the Xindi. Lorian revealed himself to be the half-Vulcan son of Trip Tucker and T'Pol.
Lorian at first wanted Archer to avoid the corridor altogether, and the two captains clashed over his plans. They ultimately worked together to get Archer's ship past the alien guardians and through safely, averting the accident that had created Lorian's history.
