A convict bound for the Enolian prison planet Canamar who seizes the transport carrying Archer and Tucker.
Kuroda is a prisoner aboard an Enolian transport carrying convicts to Canamar. In Canamar, Archer and Tucker, wrongly arrested as smugglers, are aboard when Kuroda leads an uprising and takes over the ship. Archer, posing as a smuggler, takes the controls after the pilot is injured.
Kuroda plans to meet accomplices and fake the transport's destruction in a decaying orbit over Tamaal. Enterprise intervenes and evacuates the prisoners, but Kuroda refuses to leave and fights Archer as the transport goes down. Kuroda was played by Mark Rolston.
