K'Vagh is the general directing the experiments at the Qu'Vat colony, where Klingon scientists tried to use Augment genetics to enhance their warriors and instead created a plague. In Affliction he brings prisoners and patients to the facility and pressures the abducted Phlox and the scientist Antaak to find a cure.
In Divergence, Admiral Krell warns K'Vagh that the colony will be destroyed if a cure is not completed. K'Vagh's brutal command style shows the desperation of a Klingon leadership facing a disaster of its own making. He was played by James Avery.
