The Xindi-Arboreal member of the Xindi Council who comes to side with Degra and Archer against the Sphere Builders.
Jannar represents the Xindi-Arboreals on the Xindi Council, which oversees the building of the weapon meant to destroy Earth. He appears at council sessions from Rajiin onward as the members debate the project and the Reptilians' push for a bioweapon.
In Damage he joins Degra in questioning the Guardians, the Sphere Builders the Xindi revere, after Archer's evidence suggests they have been deceiving the council. In The Forgotten he travels with Degra to meet Archer aboard Enterprise and hears the case that humans are not the Xindi's true enemy.
Jannar's calm, reasonable manner makes him one of the more sympathetic Xindi. His growing doubts help tip the council toward voting to delay the launch of the weapon in The Council. He was played by Rick Worthy.
