Fred Noonan was Amelia Earhart's navigator, abducted with her in 1937 and revived by Voyager's crew in the Delta Quadrant.
Fred Noonan was the navigator who flew with Amelia Earhart on her ill-fated 1937 flight. Like Earhart, he was taken by the Briori and held in cryostasis on a planet far from Earth. David Graf played him.
In The 37's, Noonan awoke suspicious and frightened, drawing a handgun on the Voyager officers and demanding to speak to J. Edgar Hoover. Earhart calmed him down, and he eventually learned the truth about the colony founded by the abducted humans. Like Earhart, he decided to remain with the settlers instead of returning to a future Earth he did not know.
