Fletcher is a bumbling Cerritos ensign whose staged attack leaves the ship without shields, yet he is rewarded with a transfer to the Titan.
Fletcher is a human ensign aboard the USS Cerritos and a friend of Mariner and Boimler. In Terminal Provocations, he offers to recalibrate the ship's isolinear cores so the pair can leave work early. When they return, Fletcher appears to have been attacked and the shield core is missing.
Boimler and Mariner learn that Fletcher staged the attack because he could not finish the work. The missing core rampages through the ship before being ejected, then drifts to the Drookmani ship and disables it. Fletcher is credited and transferred to the USS Titan, where he is fired a week later. He was voiced by Tim Robinson.
