Leader of the Wadi delegation whose game drew the senior staff of Deep Space Nine into a dangerous-seeming maze.
Falow leads the Wadi, the first Gamma Quadrant species to make formal contact with Deep Space Nine, in Move Along Home. The Wadi show little interest in diplomacy and head straight for Quark's bar, where Falow catches Quark cheating them at dabo and invites him to play an honest game of their own.
As Quark plays, Sisko, Kira, Dax and Bashir find themselves trapped in a maze as living pieces. When the game ends and the officers reappear unharmed, Falow calmly explains that they were never in any real danger, and the Wadi leave the station with little more said.
