T'Lani ambassador who conspired with the Kellerun to kill Bashir and O'Brien so no one would remember how to build Harvesters.
E'Tyshra is the T'Lani ambassador in Armageddon Game. Her people and the Kellerun ask the Federation for help destroying the Harvesters, and Bashir and O'Brien spend a week working with their scientists to neutralize the weapons.
After Kellerun soldiers attack the lab, E'Tyshra and the Kellerun ambassador Sharat tell Sisko that both officers died in an accident. In fact the two governments had agreed to kill everyone with knowledge of the Harvesters, and they confront Bashir and O'Brien on the surface before Sisko and Dax rescue them.
